Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Teclean Multiservice website and to booking requests sent through it.

Booking requests

Submitting the form sends a request, not a confirmed booking. The date, time, terms and price are confirmed by our team, who will contact you after reviewing your request.

Teclean Multiservice may decline a request, for example if the address is outside the service area or the service requested is not offered.

Prices and quotes

Prices are provided by quote and depend on the service, the market (South Africa or Mozambique) and the details of each job. For stove repairs, parts and labour are explained before work begins.

Information you provide

You agree to provide accurate details and to tell our team about anything relevant to the service, including whether children, pets or sensitive people live in the home in the case of pest control.

Safety

For pest control, you agree to follow the guidance given by the technician. If you smell gas, do not attempt to repair the appliance or operate electrical switches; move away from the area and seek appropriate emergency assistance.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a request or booking, contact our team by phone or WhatsApp in the relevant country.

Website content

The text, photos and videos on this website belong to Teclean Multiservice or are used with permission. Results shown in before-and-after photos vary with the condition of each item or appliance.

Governing law

The law of the country where the service is provided applies.
