Who we are

This website belongs to Teclean Multiservice, which provides home services in South Africa (Kensington) and Mozambique (Maputo). For questions about your personal information, email web@tecleanmultiservice.com.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect the details you enter in the form: name, phone number, WhatsApp number (optional), email, preferred language, service address and directions, preferred date and time, service details and, where available, any photos you choose to attach.

We only ask for what we need to respond to your request and prepare the service. We do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to review your request, contact you, confirm availability, and prepare and carry out the service. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Lawful basis

We process your information with your consent, given at the end of the form, and to take the steps you ask for before providing a service. In South Africa, we process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). In Mozambique, we follow the applicable law.

How it is sent and stored

Your request is sent over a secure connection (HTTPS) and delivered by email to the company mailbox through an email delivery provider. The website does not store requests in a database.

We keep requests only as long as needed to respond, provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

This website uses one functional cookie (tc_lang) to remember your language. While you fill in the form, your details are kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage so they are not lost if you change language or step; they are cleared once your request is sent or when you close the tab.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing web@tecleanmultiservice.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before then.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
