Booking
How do I book a service?
Fill in the form under Book a Service, send us a WhatsApp message or give us a call. In the form, you choose the country, the service, your preferred date and time.
Is my booking confirmed automatically?
No. Submitting the form sends a booking request. Your date and time are only confirmed once our team contacts you.
How can I change the date of my service?
Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, ideally quoting the request code shown at the end of the form.
Will I receive an email confirmation?
At the end of the form, you will see on screen whether your request was sent, along with its code. Our team confirms the booking by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Service areas
Do you come to my home?
Yes. All our services are carried out at the customer’s home.
Which areas do you cover?
In South Africa, our service is linked to our Kensington location. In Mozambique, we provide home service within the city of Maputo. If you are elsewhere, send a request and we will confirm whether we can help.
Upholstery cleaning
How much does sofa cleaning cost?
The price depends on the size, fabric and condition of the item. Send a request or chat to us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We clean it at your home.
Which items do you clean?
Sofas, armchairs, mattresses, upholstered chairs and rugs.
Pest control
Which pests can you treat?
Cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes and rodents. For other pests, describe the problem in your request and our team will assess it.
How should I prepare for pest control?
Preparation depends on the product and the areas being treated, so our team will explain the steps when confirming your date. Tell us if children, pets or sensitive people live in the home, and always follow your technician’s guidance.
Stove repair
Do you repair gas and electric stoves?
Yes, we repair both gas and electric stoves at your home.
How does the stove diagnosis work?
The technician assesses the stove on site, finds the cause and explains the parts and labour needed before starting the repair.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Do not attempt to repair the appliance or operate electrical switches. Move away from the area and seek appropriate emergency assistance.
